Senior Electrical Engineer at Amtech computer Systems Ltd.  Responsible for the provision of consultancy and training services on protection systems for HV and LV, Fault analysis, Cable and System design.  Also involved in the development of software to model fault analysis and protection systems.

 

March 1997

To February 2000.

 

Electrical Design Engineer Atlas Copco Compressors.  Responsible for the design of electrical systems for bespoke compressor and generator projects.  Responsible for specifying, designing and commissioning protection systems for generators up to 1.5 MVA and MV and LV motors up to 2 MW.  Many projects involved exporting generator power to MV systems so also the design of generator transformer units and protection systems.

July 1996

To March 1997.

 

Electrical engineer Parvise Ltd.  Responsible for inspection of switchgear and electrical faultfinding using thermographic and traditional techniques.
