THIS INCLUDED THE INSTALLATION OF A LARGE EPA APPROVED PAINT FACILITY CAPABLE OF WIDE BODY PAINTING. RECRUITED ALL STAFF.   THIS WAS FOLLOWED BY HEAVY MAINTENANCE ON BOTH NARROW AND WIDE BODY AIRCRAFT. AS THIS WAS A START UP OPERATION, CONDUCTED CLASSROOM TRAINING IN ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THE REPAIR FACILITY, FLOW, MAN HOUR REPORTING, DRUG ALCOHOL SUBSTANCE ABUSE REPORTING AND FAA RULES AND REGULATIONS.
