Other sites generally attempt to cater for a very wide range of jobs and industries.  We are only cater for people and companies employed in the construction and operation of airports, railways, oil & gas and other building projects.  We are solely interested in you and companies in our industry who are most likely to employ you.

We show your C.V. in your own words e.g. not as rewritten by a recruitment agency.  We do not waste your time asking that you fill in an 'on-line' form.  You send us the C.V. (in HTML) and we make it available on the Internet - that simple! 

We advertise the location of this site to both companies and recruitment agencies alike - we're not owned by them & we don't charge them - so we have no 'axe to grind' regarding who gets to see your C.V.

Additionally, we want to create a community atmosphere here.  The term 'community' is now being used a lot (perhaps too much?) regarding the Internet.  We hope we have the ideal circumstances here to succeed.  Firstly, we aim to attract members from a group of people having a common goal i.e. getting a new job!  Secondly, with all these people working in the same industry, mostly being computer literate, and with access to a PC we feel that providing these people with a site that gives them communication and other useful (and fun!) features will succeed.  

With the construction industry becoming increasingly international we all need access to industry news and the latest technical information.  We also provide you with a place to store (and share) your specifications and other technical documents with other members, industry specific news and useful links for you while you are at work.
